This policy explains how to ask SeekGhana to delete personal data we hold about you, including your account and any business listings you own.

What we can delete

• Your user account and profile
• Business listings you claimed or created
• Reviews, messages, and leads tied to your account
• Saved listings and similar account preferences

How to request deletion

Use the contact form on this website. Include the email address on the account. If you want a listing removed, include the listing name or URL.

We may ask you to confirm that you control the account or the listing before we delete it.

How long it takes

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies can take longer to leave our systems.

What we may keep

We may keep records we need for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons, such as invoices and a log of the deletion request itself.
